Home Health Care
We are a Medicare certified, Joint Commission Accredited home health agency based in Manchester, Kentucky. We have four additional locations in southeastern Kentucky and West Virginia. We serve five counties in Kentucky and seven counties in West Virginia. Those counties are as follows: Clay, Jackson, Leslie, Bell and Martin in KY for traditional home health. Home and Community Waiver Services are also provided in all counties including Lee and Owsley. In West Virginia, we serve Wayne, Mingo, Logan, Boone, Lincoln, Cabell, and Wyoming Counties.
Our agencies offer the area's finest nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and homemakers. Our services are personalized and tailored to meet your individual needs. As needs change, we have the resources to adapt to those changes.
